+ What Courses Can I Take For My License Renewal and How do I know if you're approved for my state?

Advanced Fundamentals, The CE Classroom is an NCBTMB and State of Florida approved CE Provider. Check out our CE Approvals page to see if we are approved for your state or organization. Most states require CE Providers to be an NCBTMB approved provider. Your state may have specific continuing education requirements; this information is available on our CE Approvals page as well.   • + Do You Submit My CE Course Completions?

    For the state of Florida and Georgia, we upload course completions to every morning. For most other states and organizations it is the students responsibility to maintain records of their Continuing Education course completions. We email a certificate of completion to you upon successful completion of a CE course. This is your proof of completing your continuing education requirements. If a state or organization requies us to submit course completions, we happily do it.

    You can fill out the Contact Form online and your questions will be answered quickly. We usually respond within 1-2 hours (M-F 10-6) and within 24 hours 365 days per year.

    Before you decide on ending the life of your lovely computer, take a deep breath and look at these common problems that can lead to trouble accessing our Massage CE Website.

    If you don’t want to go through the below potential fixes, you can contact us and we will email your courses directly to you so you don’t have to use the website to review the course material and submit your quizzes.

    Potential Problem #1

    Web Browser Update: Many websites will only work properly if you have the most updated version of the internet browser you are using. In order to see if you browser is the most up to date, follow this link:

    Potential Problem #2

    Cookies: Make sure you have cookies enabled on your computer. This is important because they allow you to access the password protected pages containing the course material and quiz. Here is a link that explains how to enable cookies for different web browsers:

    Potential Problem #3

    Cache Needs to be Cleared: Occasionally your cache can prevent you from seeing updated content, or cause functional problems when stored content conflicts with live content.     + I've Called Or Emailed And Have Not Heard Back From You. What Gives?!

    First, that stinks! We definitely want to hear from you and try to get in touch with everyone that contacts us as quickly as possible. Sometimes that doesn't happen though and it's usually because of some minor technical glitch or one of those pesky human errors.

    Potential Problem #1

    You've left a voicemail: All communication is done via email only. We do not return voice mails or communicate via phone. The reason for this is it is primarily not necessary for a positive and efficient experience for our customers. Approximately 1% of our customers use phone communication and their problems are usually solved by follow up emails. Emails are specific and leave written instructions on any questions concerning purchases and course completions. Our goal is to serve you by making your Continuing Education experience a positive, efficient and worry free one.

    Potential Problem #2

    Email Address Not Added to Contacts: It is important to save our email address: to your contact list. If you do not, our emails can, and often will, end up in your spam box. Emails can also end up in your promotions folder within Gmail. Make sure you save our email address and check your spam or promotions folder as well. During the day, we are able to respond almost immediately sometimes, and often times within 1-2 hours at the most.

    Potential Problem #3

    Incorrect Email Address: When someone uses the contact form through the website, sometimes the email address is entered incorrectly. We simply cannot get in touch with the person when this happens. The solution to this is simple: If it has been 24 hours and you have not heard back from us, try again with another email, making sure your contact information is correct.

    Potential Problem #4

    Miscellaneous Problems: We are having technical issues, emotional issues and / or sick child issues. Sometimes our wonderful technology backfires and we are delayed in receiving emails. If an emotional issue is the problem, you will be contacted within 48 hours. The emotional meltdowns here generally last no more than 48 hours. Thankfully they usually happen on weekends. :) If it is a sick child issue, that can take 24-36 hours to resolve. If it is 2 sick children, that can add an additional 12 hours. If the significant other is sick as well, you probably won't hear from us for a week ;). In all seriousness, we've never had a problem contacting someone back within 24 hours if there contact information is received correctly. If you don't hear from us it's probably due to one of the above reasons.

    + I Didn't Receive A Purchase Confirmation With My Course Password.

    When you complete a purchase through our website, an email is automatically generated and sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

    Potential Problem #1

    Your purchase confirmation could have gone to your spam or junk mail box. Check that folder in your email. If you don't see the email, use your email search function and search for our email address: "". We will verify your purchase in our records and email you a new purchase confirmation to the correct address.     + What Are The Steps Involved In Completing My Online Courses?

    Once you decide on which course(s) you would like to purchase, you do so through the Store page.

    1. After your purchase is completed you will receive an email with a link and a password to the page the course material is located.
    2. Once you access the password protected page for the course you want to complete, you will see your course material, quiz and detailed instructions.
    3. Your course material is in the form of a downloadable .pdf file. You can view the course material online or download and save to your computer.
    4. When you are ready to complete the quiz, return to the password protected page and enter your answers to the quiz questions online at the quiz submission form.
    5. The quiz is graded automatically and you are shown whether you pass or fail the quiz along with your percentage score. You are not shown what questions you answered incorrectly. However, upon passing, you are shown all the correct answers so you can compare them to your answers (if you have them written down.)
    6. You will be emailed your certificate of completion within 24 hours.

    You must receive a 70% or higher to pass the quiz. You have unlimited re-takes if necessary.

    If you are having trouble with the automated quiz, you can use the “ALTERNATIVE QUIZ SUBMISSION” button on the password protected page to take the quiz in another format. This format does not automatically grade your quiz.

    + Does a 4 Hour Online CE Course really take 4 Hours to get through?

    Depending on how fast you read the content, and how in depth you study it, the time it takes to complete an online course varies greatly. Between the written and video material, most people spend around 4 Hours taking a 4 CE Hour course. Our courses are not timed, so you have the ability to read through and watch the material at a pace that's right for you.

    + What Happens If I Lose The Email With My Password To The Course Material?

    Contact us and we will look up your purchase in our records to verify your purchase and will give you a new password.

    Please have the following information ready when you contact us: Name, Email, Name on credit card used, classes purchased.

    + Do My Online Courses Expire?

    Yes. For courses purchased 12/31/2015 by midnight EST, or earlier, your courses will expire 2 years from the date of purchase. For courses purchased 1/1/2016 or later, your courses will expire 1 year from the date of purchase. If your courses expire you will have to purchase them again in order to receive CE credit. You can repurchase any uncompleted courses for 50% off current retail prices. Reach out to us through the Contact Page and we will help you repurchase your expired courses with a coupon code for 50% off current retail prices.

    + I Didn't Receive My Certificate Of Completion After Finishing My Quiz.

    If you passed the quiz, we will email you a certificate of completion. We allow up to 24 hours to complete this process. Most of the time you will receive your certificate of completion within a few hours. If it has been more than 24 hours and you did not receive your certificate of completion, check your spam or junk box in your email. If our email address is not saved to your contacts, our emails may end up in your spam folder.

    If you cannot find your certificate of completion in your spam, reach out to us through the cContact Page and let us know. Include your name, email and course you completed. A replacement certificate will be emailed to you. Make sure you save our email to your contacts to ensure delivery to your inbox.

    + The Course .PDF File Does Not Load When I Click On It, Or Shows "Failed To Load" On The Screen.

    Occasionally the online course .PDF files will not load correctly when you click on the link. Usually when this happens you are shown the message "Failed to Load". If you see this message try hitting the refresh button on your computer. The majority of the time this will show the Online CE course .PDF file. If you do not see the "Failed to Load" message, you could be in a slow internet area and it is taking longer than expected to load the course material. If this happens, wait until you have higher speed internet available or send us an email through the Contact Page and we will email you the course material as an attachment.

    + What format are the courses presented in?

    The course material is in the form of a .pdf file that you can download or view directly on your computer.

    + What are the quizzes like?

    You will find the quiz questions in the course material so you can prepare for the online quiz.

    • Most quizzes are made up of 15 questions.
    • We firmly believe in not using trick questions.
    • You will find the questiosn to be straigthforward and based solely on the course content.

    + Where do I find the course material and quiz?

    The course material and quizzes are available on the Access Courses page. You will receive a password to access your courses when you complete your purchase.

    + Are you interested in a specific subject or course that we currently do not offer?

    Use our Contact Page to let us know your course suggestion and we will try to get the course developed if there’s enough interest. We are always expanding our library of high quality CE Courses so you can meet your continuing education requirements as well as expand your knowledge and understanding of the body.

    In general, if we are approved to offer continuing education courses by a state, our live courses will be accepted. There are some exceptions to this rule. Please verify through our CE Approvals page as well as your state or massage organization regulatory board.
